Position: QA Lead

Requirment:

• 6-8 years of software testing experience
• Must be able to analyze functional specifications and design the test scenarios/test cases
• Must be able to Leads small-to-medium size project teams to ensure client expectations are met  or   exceeded
• Defining the test approach and ensuring its successful implementation
• Track and report testing activities.
• Check and monitor for timely deliveries for different milestones.
• Verify content and structure of all Testing documents and reports.
• Motivate team members.
• Identify and analyze issues, and escalates risk related to testing tasks
• Experienced in construction and execution of test cases and test scenarios.
• Exposure to Automation Testing

·         7+ years of development experience with at least two years of experience as a technical lead.

·         6+ years of Java/J2EE/JEE application development, preferably running on WebLogic  Application Server.

·         2+ years of Oracle Service Bus (OSB) or BEA AquaLogic Service Bus (ALSB).

·         4+ years of SQL and Oracle database experience.

·         Experience using XML, XQuery, Xpath, WSDL.

·         Expertise in SOA, ESB and object-oriented concepts.

·         Experience aligning to SOA standards, best practices and design patterns.

·         5+ years experience within an SDLC, developing in a Unix environment, and working on projects involving other teams.
