Job Description: 
- 7-10 years web development experience using HTML, CSS, JS, XML, XSLT
- Advanced technical knowledge of current Internet systems, software, protocols and standards
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex web solutions for customers through a disciplined development methodology that leveraged various roles (for example BSAs, Project Managers)
- Advanced coding skills to maximize output
- Working knowledge of web application servers (i.e. Weblogic, Apache) is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both formal and informal settings
- Ability to confer with end-users, clients, or senior management to define business requirements for complex systems
- Ability to plan, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to mentor and train junior team members
- Experience defining and strategically thinking about global technology, IT architectures and applications to support global ecommerce solutions is preferred.
