Position: UI Developer
Location: Jersey City, NJ

We need someone who is:
- Able to hand-code XAML
- Able to hand-code or has a solid understanding of valid XHTML and CSS
- Capable of developing pre-approved designs and designing new interfaces
- Passionate about the user interface and user experience
- A creative, lateral thinker who can identify issues and articulate solutions
- A quick thinker for prototyping purposes
- Able to produce results for a fast-paced, collaborative project
- Knowledgeable of back-end languages such as ASP.NET/C#, AJAX, JQuery and Java
- Comfortable working in Visual Studio 2010 environment
- Able to take direction from senior level staff and run with it
- Able to communicate effectively with Business Analysts and offshore development teams
