- 5-7 years of experience with Tivoli Identity Manager
- Experience working on a v5.0 to v5.1 Tivoli upgrade
- Experience writing FESI Extensions and workflow customizations using Java and JavaScript
- Experience editing files in Unix/Linux
- Administration/ troubleshooting experience with Websphere/ LDAP
