Job Description:

- Languages: C# and VB.Net capabilities

– Porting of code from one application to another, potentially going from one language to another as part of this transition

- Capabilities to also include Test Driven Development / use of development test suites

- Service Oriented Architecture Experience

– Integration of code in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) where services are developed by internal teams and external team

– Service Based Development in .NET 3.0 – 4.0

– Experience with integration to 3rd party systems/applications (i.e BizTalk)

- Strong SQL Server development skills on large scale complex databases

– SQL Server 2000 – 2008 experience

– Performance and optimization skills required

- Server 2008 / IIS 7.0 OR 7.5 knowledge

- Specialties:

– Web Services

– WCF (Windows Communication Foundation)

– Integration using XML and .Net

- Strong communication skills

- Quick ramp up skills related to a complex architecture

- Ability to code under tight deadlines and to be able to look towards optimized solutions to shorten deadlines and deliveries
